Table & Tap offers a casual, homey atmosphere and delicious comfort food complemented by Rapscallion beers. The menu sources many local ingredients, such as meatloaf made with beef from Coopers? Hilltop Farm in central MA, whose cows feed on grass along with spent grain from the brewery, which is topped with gravy incorporating Rapscallion Black IPA.
Chef Ian Michaud has worked in the food industry for over 15 years in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Portland, OR. He attended the Atlantic Culinary Academy where he completed training in classic French cuisine through the Le Cordon Bleu program.
