About Us

I am a woman in my late 40s who always wanted to find a way help people with a more human to human connection.

In 2014-2015 I entered my massage therapy career. I embarked upon a journey of self healing and discovering who I am. I've been seeking answers to life’s bigger questions for more than 10 years. I learned so much from my own spiritual teacher who guided me to do internal work and allow myself to create my own life through deeper spiritual teachings and practices. This has brought me great gifts and unexpected wishes over the past 10 years.

With the help of a great mentor I was able to build a remarkable massage business that has sustained me. Due to my learning disabilities the biggest obstacles are putting my ideas and concepts into action. My creative self flows out of me and putting the actual ideas out has always been difficult for me, but no matter what I continue to manifest and be in gratitude.

I am an authentic woman, who has been skilled in many areas and modalities as a licensed massage therapist. I have an extensive background in leadership development and disability career coaching and have been working with people for over 20 years. I also have a BS in Sociology from NAU.

I just want to use my big heart to support others in finding more joy and passion in their everyday life.

I have also partnered with a number of local companies and am so delighted to partner with you on my programs, business partnerships, classes and services.
